Support Tickets
We are now on a Ticket System for all support issues. Users can now log into the members section, lodge a ticket and monitor the progress of that ticket on line. No more need for unreliable emails and a clear history of all communication with the support team. Remember also to check the FAQ section of the site, most issues have a simple fix!
